What We Collect, And Why.
This page covers the strategy-call application on this website. It is written plainly and kept short.
What we collect
When you apply for a strategy call we store what you enter: your name, clinic name, website or Instagram, location, email, mobile, the services you offer, whether you currently run paid ads, approximate monthly marketing spend and enquiry volume, your biggest patient-acquisition problem and when you would want to start. We also store the campaign parameters in the link you arrived through, a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser's user-agent string, so we can tell genuine applications from automated submissions.
Why we collect it
Only to assess whether we can help and to arrange the call. We do not sell it, and it is not used for advertising lists.
No patient information
Never send patient details through this form. The application is about your clinic's marketing, not anyone's treatment.
Marketing and messaging
No email or SMS marketing system is connected to this website. Nothing is sent to you automatically — a person replies to arrange the call.
Advertising measurement
The Meta advertising pixel is installed on the public pages of this website only — the home page, How It Works, Features, Pricing, Product Demo, this page and the strategy call page. It records page views on those pages and three events: a click on a strategy-call button, starting the application, and a saved application. The saved application event carries only the reference number we issue, so submissions can be counted without duplicates. No form answers, email addresses or phone numbers are sent to Meta. The pixel is not loaded on login, sign-up, onboarding or any dashboard page, so no account or patient-related information is ever measured. You can block it with your browser's tracking protection or an ad blocker without affecting the application form.
Access, correction and removal
You can ask us to send you a copy of your application, correct it, or delete it. Email acquireclinics@gmail.com quoting the reference shown after you submit.
